CookieRun Classic's world unfolds across themed episodes, each representing a region of Cookie World beyond the Witch's Oven. Episodes increase in difficulty, energy drain rate, and obstacle complexity while introducing episode-exclusive Legend Cookies.
The global release added Plum Blossom Palace of the Underworld as a major new episode during the 2024 Korea revival, expanding the world significantly after the eight-year content hiatus.
Progression Path
Episode 1: Escape the Oven — tutorial zone and primary farming map. Every player spends significant time here.
Episodes 2–4: Mid-game regions with Legend Cookie unlocks and increased difficulty. Energy drain accelerates noticeably.
Special Episodes: Tower of Frozen Waves and event maps with unique reward structures and time-limited availability.
New Episodes: Plum Blossom Palace and future additions from the 2024–2026 update cycle expand end-game content.
